A pickup truck driven by an employee of Grasle Electric Company collided with an automobile driven by Rudolph Clark, in which his wife Geradline was a passenger in October 1971. The Clarks filed this action for damages against Grasle Electric Company (hereinafter "Grasle), and liability was established by summary judgment from which no appeal was taken. This appeal attacks as excessive the amount awarded the Clarks by the jury in the trial on damages, and raises several alleged errors in the conduct of the trial, the instructions to the jury, and the award of attorneys fees.
